Liverpool eye Kevin Grosskreutz transfer from Galatasaray for a reunion with Jurgen Klopp

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is weighing up a move for former Borussia Dortmund player Kevin Grosskreutz.

Jurgen Klopp is aiming to fly to Kevin Grosskreutz’s rescue in January, writes Neil Moxley in the Sunday People.

The Liverpool manager will make a move for the Galatasaray utility man, who played for his fellow German at their former club Borussia Dortmund.

Grosskreutz, 27, has been frozen out for the past six months, kicking his heels on the sidelines.

The Turkish club did not submit his paperwork in time to complete an August transfer and he has been left in limbo, unable to play.

Klopp used Grosskreutz in a number of positions during his time in charge of Dortmund.
